Credit Booster Challenge T&Cs
Eligibility, Duration and Participation:
- Open to Oz World members only including Oz VIP, Oz Royalty and Oz Legacy members.
- Participants must have an active Oz World account to participate in the Credit Booster Challenge.
- Customers at Oz Hair and Beauty who are not an Oz World member can join the loyalty program to participate in the Credit Booster Challenge.
- Offer available to residents of Australia aged 16 or older.
- The Credit Booster Challenge by Oz Hair and Beauty starts on Wednesday 15 January 2025 at 12:00am and will run until Thursday 17 April 2025 11:59pm.
- Purchases made outside this period will not count toward the challenge including purchases prior and after the challenge commences and finishes.
- If you are an Oz World member, no registration is required; participation is automatic when qualifying purchases are made and you are logged in.
- Oz World members can opt out of the challenge at any time with written notice.
- One challenge completion per customer.
- The maximum bonus credit that can be earned by any Oz World member is $45 as stated on the Credit Booster Challenge landing page in the member’s account.
- Customers may complete the challenge in multiple transactions within the promotion period.
- There is no maximum limit on purchases made to complete product count required for the Credit Booster challenge. Members and participants can place up to 12 orders for qualifying products to receive their bonus credit.
Eligible Products:
- Only products marked as with an “ This product is included in the Credit Booster Challenge” on the product landing pages and product display pages are included in the product count.
- Excludes bundles, travel size products, beauty tools, gift packs.
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to exclude products from the challenge throughout the duration of the promotion.
Purchase Requirements:
- Participants must purchase a minimum of 4 products in each eligible category.
- There are three eligible categories. “Haircare”, “Skincare” and “Body & Bath, Makeup, Nails and Wellness”.
- A single product cannot be counted toward multiple categories.
- A participant cannot combine progress from two accounts to create one account.
- Cancellations and returns will not count toward any milestones.
- Purchases must be paid in full; orders using store credit, gift cards, or discounts may only count partially (e.g., post-discount or post-Oz World credit value).
Credit and Bonus Credit:
- Bonus credit awarded at $5, $15, and $25 milestones as specified in the progress bar on the Credit Booster Challenge landing page in the member’s account.
- Credit will be applied to the customer’s Oz World account within 7 days of milestone completion.
- Bonus credit will have the same terms as all other Oz World credit with an expiry of 12 months from the earn date.
- Bonus credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Members will still earn their regular credit earn rate in addition to bonus credit once a milestone has been achieved.
Returns Policy:
- If an item purchased for the challenge is returned, the corresponding milestone credit will be deducted or reversed.
- If a return causes the customer to drop below a milestone, the next milestone will only be re-earned with new purchases.
Progress Updates:
- Customers can track their progress via the “Credit Booster Challange” tab in their Oz World account.
- Progress updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect after a qualifying purchase.
Other T&C’s
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to audit purchases for compliance and revoke rewards for misuse.
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
- By participating, customers agree to Oz Hair and Beauty’s Privacy Policy and the use of their data for marketing purposes.
- Oz Hair and Beauty is not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the challenge.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Oz Hair and Beauty management will be final.
- Multiple accounts created by the same customer will result in disqualification.
- Oz Hair and Beauty is not responsible for any technical issues preventing customers from tracking their progress or completing the challenge.
