1. Wet your hands with warm water.
2. Apply a small amount of the hand wash to your hands.
3. Rub your hands together to create a lather.
4. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.
5. Rinse your hands thoroughly with warm water.
6. Dry your hands with a clean towel.
7. Apply a small amount of the hand lotion to your hands.
8. Massage the lotion into your skin until it is fully absorbed.
9. Repeat as needed throughout the day.
